Strawberry Children by Haruka Minami

Ayano Orihara and Naoto Takase, whose parents left them a long time ago, have lived together as lovers since they were children. Now they're in the same high school class. (So, despite the shota-ish appeal of the artwork, the characters are the same age.) At school, Naoto takes care of Ayano. At home, they're having lots and lots of sex.

Fans of Minami's doujinshi will notice the characters' resemblance to Trowa x Quatre from her Gundam Wing fan works.
