Pheromone Mania Syndrome by Ichiha

It's the yaoi-est heterosexual romance manga ever! We're introduced to the main characters in a typically shoujo romance fashion: on the train ride to school, Keishi is being groped by a chikan when Hatori grabs the molester's wrist and faces him down. The difference here is that the delicate Keishi (155 cm tall) is a boy and strapping Hatori (178 cm tall) is the girl he loves. Hatori looks after Keishi, lusting over him like mad (nose bleeds and everything), but she is held back by girlish modesty. Keishi, on the other hand, doesn't have an inhibited bone in his body. Working his wiles around Hatori, Keishi is the essence of sweet innocence. When she's not looking, he terrorizes their classmates with his physically aggressive temper. The pervert on the train is very lucky he didn't catch Keishi alone.

The extra illustrations introducing each chapter look like they were ripped out of a yaoi doujinshi -- the seme-ish Hatori is usually bound with belts or chains or bandages while her uke boyfriend poses near her seductively. As BL, this would be one more hapless seme being wound around a manipulative uke's finger. As pure shoujo romance, the atypical heterosexual pairing gives the story its frisson.
